About Us

Aims to provide reliable, individual care and support to clients in their own homes in ways that maximise their comfort, health and happiness whilst giving peace of mind to those closest to them.

Joy is a registered nurse, who has worked in her local community hospital for a number of years and has seen first hand the needs of elderly people in the local community when discharged from hospital.

She has a wealth of experience from working alongside the local GPs and district nursing teams. Joy has made applications to social services and intermediate care for assessments and packages of care, and she has taken part in continuing care assessments, listened to relatives concerns and advocated for patients.

She is skilled in care planning, staff management and mentoring.

Now her focus is on building and developing a care agency which excels in supporting the elderly in their local community.

All our carers are fully trained. They receive regular supervisions and appraisals, as well as annual mandatory training in order to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and continue to provide the highest quality care to all our clients.

All our carers are vetted as part of our recruitment process and fully DBS checked, to enhanced disclosure level.

Practical Support

• to provide assistance and encouragement with light housework, shopping, meal preparation, hair and nail care, and companionship.

Personal Care

• to support clients with their daily routines, assisting with getting up in the mornings, washing, dressing, bathing, and getting ready for bed. Continence issues, use of mobility aids, assistance with medication, overnight support and respite care.

Specialised Care

• to provide convalescence support following discharge from hospital. Palliative care for those with long-term, multiple and intensive needs.
